Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about Football Compass.
01 Is Football Compass licensed and regulated, and in which jurisdictions?
+
Yes. Football Compass holds a licence from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and is also registered with the UK Gambling Commission. The MGA licence covers most European markets, while the UKGC licence allows us to serve UK residents. Both regulators require us to meet strict player‑protection, anti‑money‑laundering and game‑fairness standards.
02 What documents do I need to verify my Football Compass account before I can withdraw funds?
+
To complete our KYC (Know‑Your‑Customer) process you’ll need a government‑issued photo ID (passport, driver’s licence or national ID), a recent proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or council tax letter dated within three months) and, if you deposit with a credit/debit card, a photo of the card (showing only the last four digits and the cardholder name). The documents are usually reviewed within 24 hours.
03 Which payment methods can I use to deposit and how long do withdrawals take on Football Compass?
+
Football Compass accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz, PayPal and direct bank transfer. Crypto deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT) are also supported with no minimum. Withdrawals to e‑wallets (Skrill, Neteller, PayPal) are processed within 24 hours; card and bank transfers take 3‑5 business days. All transactions are secured with TLS encryption.
04 What are the wagering requirements for the Football Compass welcome bonus?
+
The welcome offer is a 100 % match up to €100 on your first deposit. It carries a 30× playthrough requirement on the bonus amount only, which must be cleared within 30 days of activation. Only bets on sports events with odds of 1.50 or higher count toward the wagering. Once the requirement is met, the bonus converts to real cash and can be withdrawn.
05 Does Football Compass provide tools for responsible gambling, such as deposit limits or self‑exclusion?
+
Yes. In the ‘Responsible Gaming’ section of your account you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, loss limits and wagering caps, and you can also activate a temporary self‑exclusion (from 24 hours up to six weeks) or a permanent account closure. All limits take effect immediately and can be adjusted only after the current period expires.
06 How does Football Compass settle bets if a FIFA World Cup match is postponed or cancelled?
+
If a match is postponed before its scheduled start, all bets remain open until the match is rescheduled within 48 hours; if it isn’t played within that window, the bet is void and stakes are refunded. If a match is abandoned after the first whistle, any market that has a conclusive result (e.g., half‑time, correct score) is settled accordingly, while unfinished markets are void unless the rules for that specific market dictate otherwise.
